The location of the role is in Eskisehir.
Profile:
- Completed technical studies advantageous, alternatively many years of professional experience in the field of turning production with subsequent leadership role,
- Experience in the area of disciplinary management required,
- Willingness to occasionally work in shifts required,
- Good knowledge of MS Office required,
- Knowledge of SAP S4 is an advantage,
- Initiative, assertiveness and strong communication skills are required,
- Careful, structured and responsible way of working is required,
- Quality awareness is a must,
- Good knowledge of English is a plus.
Tasks:
- Management and supervision of the "Turning division" of our production and the associated team,
- Significant design, planning, organization and supervision of all production processes that fall within your area of responsibility,
- Driving force in the optimization of machine planning and the respective machine running times,
- Supporting the optimization of associated production processes and increasing the output quality,
- Supporting the production manager with operational and strategic issues,
- Commissioning and subsequent monitoring of the machines in your production area.
