The location of the role is in Eskisehir.
Profile:
- Academic degree in engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional and management experience in the field of production as well as knowledge of production/manufacturing technology, business administration and personnel management.
- Milling and turning operation knowledge/experience is must and sheet metal, welding and paint shop experiences are preferred,
- Advanced level of English.
- Knowledge of German is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus,
- Assertiveness, communication and organizational skills
- Enthusiastic about a company and loyal
- Entrepreneurial thinking, flexibility and a high level of quality awareness.
Tasks:
- To carry out the overall responsibility of planning order fulfilment, manufacturing and assembly through to on-time delivery, taking into account agreed costs, deadlines and quality and leading a team of several team leaders from the respective departments.
- Ensuring the correct quality, quantity and time in the manufacture and delivery of the ordered products as well as the planned costs in order to fulfil customer requirements and ensure company profit.
- To ensure the implementation of the quality strategy and carry out the associated tasks (e.g. complaints processing, production audits, etc.).
- Planning and agreeing on investment and cost budgets as well as the required personnel capacities. This is supplemented by the monitoring of monthly deviations and, if necessary, the initiation of corrective measures.
- Responsible for achieving the planned economic targets through the economic utilization of human, material and operating resources in order to ensure international competitiveness.
- Actively cooperate with the HR department and other interfaces in order to comply with legal requirements, occupational health and safety and environmental regulations.
- To take appropriate measures to ensure that series production starts smoothly and on schedule and develop new, innovative production processes and strategies together with the central specialist departments.
- Responsible for the continuous improvement process to ensure a lasting improvement in competitiveness.
