QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Leader (English Language)
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of sales and marketing experience
- Preferably previous sales experience in rubber industry
- Fluency in English speaking, reading, and writing is an absolute must.
- The ability to express oneself clearly and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Open to widening her/his horizon by supporting the Sales and Marketing team in various fields.
- Able to perform multitasks.
- Comprehends and adepts quickly.
- Having a professional attitude along with a friendly approach.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Previous corporate experience is preferred but not a must.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and able to adapt to CRM software.
- No travel restrictions, able to attend local and international exhibitions.
Responsibilities
- To take responsibility for the implementation of sales strategies
- Sales planning and implementation
- Participating in industry-related conferences and fairs.
- To conclude contracts with customers, to follow up contracts, to analyze competitor companies, to inform senior management by conducting market research.
- Searching for potential customers and creating opportunities.
- Establishing new connections and relationships.
- Responsible for the fulfillment of the annual sales budget
- Ability to accurately report sales forecasts to CRM and provide long-term guidance to the firm to implement the best plan.
- To report the status of planned and ongoing activities, customer projects, market developments, trends, etc. to the senior management.
