QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assembling the HW configuration Administration and operation of servers environment, related services and other security services Firmware/microcode upgrades of servers, SAN switches, storages, tape libraries Installation and configuration of virtual environment Installation and configuration of operating system - physical Installation and configuration of operating system - virtual Modifications, improvements according to customer requests, other project activities implying modification of the IT system Version upgrades, installation patches, fixes, etc. Configuration and management of services like AD, DHCP, DNS, patch management, virus scanning system, print services, etc. Installation, configuration and management of terminal or RDS servers, Supervising the operation (daily monitoring, log analysis, etc.) Troubleshooting, diagnosis of servers environment Support in troubleshooting and diagnosis of workstations and laptops Support and contribution with IS team members in troubleshooting and diagnosis of IS related issues 2nd level support Escalation to the ext. partner Configuration of the backup system Operating backup system, compliancy with the standard backup policy Configuring network shares CIFS (and NFS); supporting FTP and FTPS services between file servers and SCADA Supporting the alert systems based on e-mail (or SMS) and on-line monitoring Web filtering (law 5651) Making an inventory / survey of the IT services and devices ==> documentation, risk management plan Consultative assistance Documentation Contribution and support in any IT audit Complance of security rules and NDA Incidents analysis according to customer rules (PDCA, QRQC) Using and managing ticketing system, indicators and follow-ups Managing security Software DRP and DRP tests, tests reports
