QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Assan Panel is one of the 22 group companies of Kibar Holding and started to operate in 1990 in Tuzla. Assan Panel is the leader of the sandwich panel market in Turkey and the largest sandwich panel producer in the Middle East, exporting to more than 85 countries with the production facilities in Turkey, Jordan, and Azerbaijan. Assan Panel is moving forward to become a global player in the sector. Since 2010, it has achieved a record capacity utilization rate of 85%, which is uncommon in Turkey and the rest of the world, with sales of 8,500,000 m2 of output.

We are looking for a Marmara Regional Sales Specialist for our company in Tuzla.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in main disciplines of Civil Engineering or Arthitecture departments of universities,
  • At least 2-3 year's of experience in Customer Relations Management and B2B sales.
  • Preferably with sales experience in the building materials industry.
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office and SAP knowledge.
  • Actively able to drive and has no restriction for travel.
  • Those who reside or can live in Istanbul.

Job Description

  • Executing and monitoring all sales activities (sales, orders, shipment) end-to-end in the region he/she is responsible for.
  • Taking proactive actions to achieve sales targets and supporting sales development activities.
  • Developing sales channels.
  • Visiting dealers, customers, construction sites and Organised Industrial Zone’s within the region and reporting them.
  • Establishing a network with Project and Design offices, ensuring that products are included in the specifications in parallel with the company's sales and marketing strategy, and organizing training, seminars and information visits for the target group.
  • Preparing the responsible region budget and reporting.
