KT&G Türkiye sells its world-famous cigarettes in the Local and Export Markets. We are looking for a “Human Resources and Recruitment Specialist" to work in our Tire, İzmir Factory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Related majors of Universities)
- Minimum 2 years experiences in Industrial Human Resources
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Knowledge of MS Office tools
- Approaches challenges with confidence and optimism
- Strong team work and communication skills, analytic mindset with good problem solving skill
- Dynamic and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good level of understanding Labor Law, Foreign work law, basic knowledge of contracts,
- No military obligations for male candidates
Job Description
- To operate recruitment process to create the necessary talent database that serves to reach the company goals with searching, screening and interviewing the candidates and prepare necessary report for recruitment
- Responsible for onboarding process of new hired employees completely
- To manage termination process properly, faultless and complete termination
- To manage HR digital platform that includes all employee records, personnel files information etc.
- HQ and sub-organization compliance process about HR related issues
- Responsible for all Training Process. To prepare annual training plan, organize and provide all planned trainings including obligatory education. Any project about trainings
- Responsible for supporting Performance Evaluation Process in order to have data for action plan for following year
- Responsible of keep updated & follow up employee database on HR system both in software and excel and control all daily attendance via personnel record system to have safe data for payroll
- To prepare and submit reports to the Management and HQ
- To prepare detail report about any subject that ordered by the Management
- Supporting business management activities if needed
- Contact frequently and regularly with the employees, maintain, and improve good relations
