General Qualifications

- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM) is a plus
Job Description
The Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Overseeing the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
- Managing employee relations, including resolving issues and conducting investigations when necessary
- Administering compensation and benefits plans
- Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and keeping abreast of changes in employment laws
- Handling employee performance evaluations
- Collaborating with department managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning
- Participating in the development of HR policies and procedures
- Conducting exit interviews and analyzing turnover trends
- Preparing and maintaining HR reports and metrics for management review
