Now we are looking for a German/French Speaking Recruitment Specialist who has the following criteria and will add strength to our team.
Job Description

Manages recruitment process from beginning to end of our projects we carry out on behalf of global brands within a high volume, fast paced environment

Conducts telephone, video or technical interviews and assign the process to hiring managers

Maintains a candidate database and prepare various reports to Talent Acquisition Team Leader on a regular basis

Communicates with the team to identify future job vacancies, forecast hiring demands
-
Build effective working relationships with local Hiring Managers
-
Provides the candidates with the best experience during the hiring process and supports the candidate consideration process at all stages

Promotes the mission, vision, and culture of TELUS International
Requirements

Bachelor degree or current study in Human Resources, Psychology or related area will count as an advantage

Native level in German or French and upper-intermediate level in English; both written & verbal
-
Residency in İstanbul or Izmir

Enthusiastic for a career in Talent Acquisition department

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong, driven and enthusiastic work ethic

Demonstrated understanding of the current employment market

Proficiency with web-based recruiting systems, internet tools and direct sourcing methods (i.e. LinkedIn, Databases, Social Media, etc) is preferred

Good knowledge of Google Workspace is preferred
