QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Manages all aspects of B2B foreign trade operations and logistics to ensure smooth and
efficient business processes.
- Coordinates international shipments, handling import/export documentation, customs
clearance, and freight forwarding.
- Develops and maintains relationships with overseas suppliers, customers, and logistics
partners, facilitating international transactions and communication.
- Negotiates contracts and terms with suppliers and logistics providers to secure optimal
costs and delivery schedules.
- Monitors inventory levels and liaises with internal teams to guarantee timely order
fulfillment.
- Supports sales and marketing teams by providing insights and assistance in identifying
new business opportunities and market expansion.
- Stays current with international trade regulations, tariffs, and customs requirements to
maintain compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B foreign trade operations, with a strong background in
logistics.
- Proficient in import/export procedures, customs regulations, and handling of international
shipping documents.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of maintaining effective
partnerships.
- Detail-oriented, with outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with trade finance, Incoterms, and ERP systems highly regarded.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
