Responsibilities
- Organizing customs, transportation, and paperwork in export & import transactions
- Optimizing logistic process and contribute to reduce logistic costs
- Cooperating with finance department to follow up payments of Commercial invoices regarding to its payment term.
- Preliminary examination of information and documents related to customs procedures.
- Pre- and post-control of declarations.
- To follow the correspondence and processes with official institutions and offices.
- Responsible for contracts, letter of credit transactions, freight tracking and organization processes.
Qualifications
- Graduated from one of the reputable Universities
- Advanced level of English both in spoken and written
- 3-4 years’ experience in export & import transactions
- Knowledge of foreign trade, customs legislation, and customs clearance procedures
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both in team and individually
