We are looking for an ERP Support Specialist / Assistant Specialist for YILDIRIM Holding to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience with Navision or similar ERP systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Navision systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance performance and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure exceptional Navision support
- Participate actively in rollout projects and offer daily operational support for the Navision system
- Recommend enhancements and improvements to the Navision system
- Manage updates and patches for the Navision software, ensuring optimal functionality
- Conduct user training sessions to educate on Navision system usage
- Develop integrations and customizations for the Navision system as required
