GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Export Sales Support Specialist” for our Export Department located in İstanbul / Dudullu Tork main office.
General Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from engineering or related faculties (foreign trade etc.)
- At least 2 years of experience at Export Sales Support,
- Advanced level of English
- Familiar with ERP programs, (Preferably IFS)
- Good sales and communication skills,
- Able to initiate teamwork,
- Result oriented, analytical,
- Good command of MS Office programs,
- Completed military service for male applicants,
- Preferably having technical background related industrial automation, valves, actuators etc.
Job Description
- Preparing quotations and taking place the customer orders using IFS ERP system.
- Handling all Export Operations including the logistics, export documentation and customs clearance proccess.
- Providing all necessary technical support to customers regarding product selection,
- Fulfilling requests from the field sales team (price offer, technical information etc.),
- Monitoring the price offers given daily and reporting to the upper management about the offers won and lost,
- Managing the active customers and growing the scale by business development in coordinating of Reginal Sales Managers,
- Managing the full cycle of export sales process collaborating with other departments,
- To carry out studies on issues such as sectoral innovations, price and competition analysis etc.
- Participating fairs, seminars organized related to the sector
