QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We invite " Human Resources Specialist " candidates who will add value to our company with their ideas and experiences to be a part of the Gürok Family.


Who we are looking for;

  • 2-4 years of Human Resources Generalist experience with a special emphasis in recruitment and talent acquisition,
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably master’s degree in HR.
  • Excellent command of both verbal and written English,
  • Experienced in competency-based interviews,
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks,
  • Strong organizational and communications skills.


What he/she will be doing ;


  • Identify recruitment needs and perform job analysis with the business line managers.
  • Executing end-to-end recruitment cycle to ensure the right candidates for the business.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews (online, face to face). Responsible from pre-screening and screening activities.
  • Developing alternative channels and create candidate pools by using different portals and social media.
  • Conducting career planning, appointment processes and preparing career roadmaps and programs. Assuming proactive role on developing talent pool.
  • Organizing and maintaining the campus recruiting programs including intern/apprentice programs to support the employee branding strategy.
  • Conducting or taking active part in employer branding activities including onboarding, orientation processes etc.
  • Driving standardization for the execution of HR policies and procedures, align them with group policies and implement changes.
  • Analyze and report on key HR and recruitment metrics.
