QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Leading international manufacturer of wind turbines worldwide, present in several countries across the world seeks qualified Commercial Project Manager within the development of its activities in Istanbul Office;
Essential Experiences, Skills, and Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration Department or comparable relevant educational background,
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the commercial execution or control of projects,
- General understanding & experience of contract structure,
- Fluent in Turkish and English,
- International communication skills & multicultural working mindset,
- Ability to perform on moderately complex projects,
- Having experience with power plant projects is advantageous,
- Having experience with SAP is advantageous,
- Willing to travel when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Commercial coordination of wind farm projects in the responsibility area,
- Close co-operation with the multiple departments / counterparts,
- Responsible for all commercial and contractual aspects of a project from contract closing until hand over to customer and Nordex Service,
- Project reporting, cost planning, cost control,
- Invoicing and liquidity management,
- Contract Management of customer and subcontractor agreements,
- Insurance and Claim Management,
- Management of payment securities (LC), bonds and shipment documentation.
