QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree
- Min. 4-5 years of end-to-end recruitment and HR project experience in a high-speed, high-growth start-up environment will be a great asset (especially in the technology industry)
- Experienced in organizational development projects (performance, talent management, training, mentorship, etc.) is a must
- Advance in English
- Advanced skills in MS Office and Google Docs.
- Excellent reporting skills
- Self-motivated & Multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, follow-up, and reporting.
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for HR projects such as performance systems, talent management, university collaborations, etc..
- Executing an end-to-end recruitment cycle (especially UK hiring) to ensure a consistent flow of the right candidates for the business, an exceptional journey for the candidates, and timely results for the hiring managers
- Responsible for HR reports
- Responsible for the onboarding process
- Keeping an eye on global talent trends and best cases for inspiration
- Supporting the design & execution of talent initiatives
