Reliability Engineer
We are looking for “Reliability Engineer” for Cooling R&D Section in our production plant in Sakarya / Hendek ,
As a Reliability Engineer within Development Centre, you will be involved in the cooling group product development tests, ensuring the sustainability of current testing facilities, new testing facilities planning , (Room air conditioner, Fan coil unit, heat pump) taking account of the requirements of the different stakeholders (engineers, manufacturing, customers, suppliers)
Qualifications
- You have a master's degree in engineering (There is no specific university department that would be suitable for the following jobs, but a basic knowledge of engineering and mathematics and familiarity with logical thinking and data handling would be preferable.)
- You are a person with a strong technical interest,
- You are a team player who is driven to find solutions for technical requirements and specific enquiries,
- You like to work both on the field and in the office environment
- You have a strong interest in the HVACR business and want to actively contribute to achieving the goals of the Green Deal,
- You enjoy playing an active role in projects / new testing facilities and to see applicability and you have the requisite self-discipline to draw up timetables, make priorities and meet deadlines,
- Knowledge of both spoken and written English are essential for this position,

Job Description
- Planning and execution of test plans for developed products, analysis, and evaluation of test data. If the result is negative, investigate the cause and plan countermeasures. Acquire testing standards and conduct testing and evaluation of performance, sound, safety, durability, reliability, practicality, and functionality,
- Analyses the system performance and workout proposals to improve the product efficiency,
- Learn control logic and make proposals for changes or new logic based on test results analysis,
- Prepare test reports,
- Make presentations to other departments on test plans, evaluation results, etc., as necessary,
- Plan and execute facility planning and introduction of new testing facilities,
- Plan and implement the introduction of new testing facilities necessary to develop new products that meet new environmental regulations and market demands,
- To maintain the facilities/equipment so that reliable measurement data can always be obtained. To this end, it’s also required to learn the principles of measurement,
- Conduct investigations into the causes of defects in products that have generated customer complaints, as necessary,
- Collaborate with external testing organizations as necessary,
