QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for “Production Engineering Engineer (Technology Group)” for Production Engineering Section in our production plant in Sakarya/Hendek
- University degree (BS/MS) in Engineering Department (Mechatronics Engineer)
- Newly graduated or maximum 2 years of work experience
- Excellent command of English (interviews will be conducted in English)
- Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self motivated, positive and energetic,
- Able to adapt to learn PDS (Production of Daikin System) methods and philosophy
- Knowledge of Kaizen, 6S, VSM, Lean and/ or TPM activities is preferred,
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Inventor
- Basic knowledge of Solidworks is preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- To have knowledge of Industrial Automation Cabinet Design
- No restriction for travel in and out of country
- Completed military service for male candidates
- Driving licence (class B).
- Willing to live in Sakarya
Job Description
- To be member of Engineering departments
- To work Robotic Projects mechanical and electronic design
- To implement Pneumatic design for new projects such as in-house robot, AGV ( Automated Guided Vehicle ) and revisionsImprove production line performance on cost/quality/efficiency/ergonomics/safety
- Follow-up on going projects with project members
- Cooperation and coordination of solution partners like engineering companies/sub-contractors for project ramp up and implementation phases
- Continuous improvement and development of lean manufacturing solutions including realization of projects
- Maintaining lean manufacturing activities like 6S, Kaizen, SMED
- Support the head of department to achieve objectives of the team & company
