Toyota Boshoku Europe N.V has a vacancy in Process Set Up & Maintenance Engineer position in the Maintenance Development Department, located in Adapazarı (Sakarya).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Degree of Related Engineering Fields (preferably Mechanical Engineer, Electrical / Electronics Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer etc.)
- Preferably have min. 3 years industry experience (Preferably Automative Industry )
- Preferably have experience in equipment set up and optimization
- Willing to standardize and improve processes by utilizing technological tools
- Have hydraulic and pneumatic and PLC programming knowledge (Preferably Mitsubishi & Siemens)
- Basic command of CAD/CAM programs (Preferably CATIA, Solidworks)
- Preferably have visual inspection systems experience and robotics programing knowledge
- To be able to provide field support to factories abroad and do not have the obstacle to travel abroad
- Good team player, actively involve in teamwork activities, good relationship, creative and proactive approach on problem solving
- Have analytical thinking, strong reporting and organizational skills, pay attention to details
- Can keep up with the busy and flex working conditions
- Intermediate/good level of English Grammar
- Driving license with experience
- Living or willing to live in Sakarya or Kocaeli
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Developing basic equipment principles for new line equipment or revising existing equipment and following necessary installations
- Setting up and optimizing process in production area (Developing, configuring and optimizing industrial processes and line preparations from inception to serial production)
- Troubleshooting , solving, reporting and monitoring production processes, analyzing machine performance.
- Dominating machine technical configurations ; supporting and controlling the development of local equipment manufacturers
- Being in contact with the technical personnel in the factories abroad, providing technical support , participating in the training processes and transfering the knowledge to the team
- Support energy saving studies in the region
- Mastering all equipment manufacturing processes (design, CNC machining,assembly, practice, finish) in terms of technique and process
- Developing best practices , routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of line output
- Performing process simulations and risk assessments
- Providing process documentation and operating instructions
