A Senior Sales Manager is a key leadership role within Robertet Turkey for overseeing and guiding the sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of fragrance sales processes and customer relationship management.


General Qualifications:

The ideal candicate has significant experience (10+ years) in fragrance industry with a particular knowledge of Turkish fine fragrance and home care categories.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry or related field
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to proactively analyze sales data and develop actionable insights
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and network
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and result oriented character
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Job Description:

  • Manage commercial activities and develop client portfolio of Fragrance Division
  • Build and maintain strong and close partnerships with key accounts
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Monitor client satisfaction and service level
  • Collaborate closely with Grasse Headquarters teams of customer service, evaluation, creation, marketing
