Position Overview:

We invite ambitious Sales Managers with a penchant for the finer things in life and meticulous attention to detail. You will champion sales endeavors, nurture lasting customer alliances, devise strategies for market capture, and propel our sales force to unprecedented achievements. You'll become the touchstone of our customer interactions, delivering tailor-made luxury experiences that go beyond transactions.

Your mandate as a Sales Manager extends beyond traditional sales boundaries. It's about pioneering with strategic acumen and igniting a spirited dynamism within your team. You'll drive sales with a zeal for fulfilling customer aspirations, underpinned by an intimate knowledge of our opulent product array.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the luxury furniture and accessories industry, preferably in architectural projects.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective client relationships.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Skills and experience in team management and leadership.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and make informed decisions.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of English
  • Experience in using ERP and CRM Programs.

Job Descriptions

  • Supporting and implementing of sales strategies decided by the management in local bases.
  • Taking responsibility for sales budget, cost management and manage the necessary resources to achieve sales targets.
  • Providing regular reports on sales activities to senior management.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, introduce our range of services and product, in a manner that resonates with our customers' desire for exclusivity.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting and implementing of marketing strategies decided by the management in local bases.
  • Analysing competition and following developments in the market.
  • Coordinating product procurement processes and ensuring that products reach the showroom on time.
  • Manage logistics operations, optimize stock management and improve distribution processes.
  • Leading sales teams, training them and monitoring their performance.
  • Monitor the performance of showroom staff and provide training when necessary.
