RESPONSIBILITIES
- Making promotions using existing communication channels,
- To manage and develop distribution channels,
- To work to ensure that the service quality provided to customers is at the highest level,
- To work for its development by measuring customer satisfaction within the framework of objective criteria,
- To make preparations for organizations such as fair together with the Sales & Marketing Manager,
- To forward the training requests of the dealers and sales personnel to the supervisor,
- To support the supervisor in the budgeting, planning and implementation of all necessary marketing and promotional activities,
- To offer all kinds of customer services that will add value to the products.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in waterproofing experience,
- Preferably civil engineering graduate,
- Experience with hardware systems in user support,
- Have fluent English in reading, writing and speaking,
- Have effective communication skills,
- Having done military service (for male personnel).
