General Skills
- Graduated from engineering and business departments of universities,
- Experienced in domestic sales and export legislation and processes,
- At least 5 years of sales experience in similar sectors and positions (preferably with insulation, plastic and packaging industry experience),
- Fluent in written and spoken English and preferably a second foreign language,
- Possesses managerial skills to manage and develop the current international and domestic market,
- Having potential in business development, portfolio management and creating new strategies,
- Ability to plan and organize,
- Prone to teamwork, with good communication skills,
- Dynamic, practical thinking and self-confident,
- Attaches importance to details and strategic thinking,
- Presentable, with high persuasive ability,
- No travel restrictions,
- Preferably with SAP experience,
- Able to use Microsoft Office programs well,
- Having a driver's license and being able to actively drive,
