QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a ‘’ Maintenance Manager ’’ to take part in our expanding organization in our plant located in Kocaeli.
Job Description
The ideal Maintenance Manager, will repair and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities.
Maintenance manager will have an understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in our production plant. All maintenance process will be inline with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will also have atitude in undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting , KPI’s ,metrics for sustainable plant.
Responsibilities
. Develeop and organize maintenance team
• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Check mechanical & electrical and hydraulic systems of plant to ensure functionality
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
. Plan yearly preventive maintenance activities
• Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
. Monitor spare parts and budget according to contingency plan
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied
Requirements and Skills
• Proven experience as maintenance manager or other managerial role
• Experience in planning maintenance operations
• Solid understanding of technical aspects
• Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
• Ability to keep track of and report on activity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
. Good knowledge in excel and ERP system
. Good presentation skills by comparing tables and pay-back calculation for new investment
• University diploma of Engineering departments
