QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Plant Manager to our new plant located in Dilovası/Kocaeli. The company's business is to supply plastic injection parts and assembled plastic parts to the major local and abroad Automotive Manufacturers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industry, Metallurgy and Materials ..)
- 20 years of experience with various departments in production such manufacturing & maintenance leader, production, planning, supply and demand management.
- Experienced in the Automotive Industry and preferably worked on Toyota or Ford systems or other Automotive Industry Standards, especially the IATF 16949.
- Excellent command in English
- Proficient in MS Office Programs
- Have previously managed large, multi-functional teams
- Experienced in management with goals
- Able to think strategically
- Competent in team development and motivation
- Residing in Istanbul Anatolian Side or Kocaeli
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring that all daily operations of the plant run smooth and effectively.
- Leading to all operational processes of the factory
- To ensure that production is carried out with customer satisfaction, quality and efficiency
- Leading to capacity planning of the factory
- Leading to machinery and infrastructure investments
- Ensuring that the units work in coordination
