JOB DESCRIPTION
• Prepare maintenance instructions and annual plans.
• Ensure that the maintenance group's machine maintenance is carried out according to the relevant instructions and plans.
• Provide and review the maintenance activities performed. Make improvement studies to reduce production losses caused by line, machine, and automation.
• Track and improve maintenance KPIs, realize periodical maintenance activities on time.
• Define predictive maintenance, preventive, corrective maintenance activities.
• Decide, prioritize implement with manufacturing the maintenance actions plan in order to maintain machines original state
• Lead the WCM PM activities on the whole process to increase the reliability and availability of workstations, production lines
• Manage to optimize maintenance costs including spare parts inventory
• Experienced for process capability analysis & statistical control analysis
• Experience on maintenance, repair and installation of new and existing machinery as well as safety of the job to be done.
• Ensures the preventive control of equipment and installations and guarantees the urgent repair of those that do not correspond technically, technologically the requirements and/or have a low reliability;
• Provides technical documentation for equipment maintenance and repair;
• Preferably experienced for data analysis and machine learning, manufacturing execution systems,
• Identifying/improving the most suitable process technology for inhouse production and suppliers at new projects.
• Preparation and determination of technical specifications for the projects.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering
• Good knowledge and experience of PLC programming such as TIA portal, Step 7 and WinCC Flexible
• Industrial communication knowledge (Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, Ethercat, Ethernet IP)
• Good knowledge and experience of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
• 1- 3 years of experience in production processes as maintenance engineer.
• Familiar with automized working environment
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems and perform complex system tests.
• Capable to train and supervise technicians about automation maintenance
• A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and result oriented.
• Very good communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English
