WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
*The position will be located in Göcek.
- Minimum high school diploma,
- Minimum 3 year experience in a 5 star hotel in similar position,
- Fluency in English,
- Other language skills an advantage,
- Building teamwork,
- Good Interpersonal Skills,

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...
- Supervises the activities of the Waiters and Busboys in assigned area.
- Escorts customers to their tables and to recommend dishes and wines
- Conducts an efficient and courteous service to the guests
- Creates an atmosphere of tranquillity amongst the brigade.
- Checks the standard and quality of food and beverage which leaves the kitchen.
- Checks to the extra needs of a guest.
- Coordinates with the Ast. Outlet Manager or Outlet Manager to plan and conduct skills training constantly
- Attends the communication meetings of outlet.
- Checks the mise en place prior and after the operation
- Represents the Manager in case of absence.
- Performs other duties assigned by Managers
· To coach staff to achieve restaurant & bar revenue goals.
