Job Description

Scorpios Bodrum is looking for an F&B Supervisor that will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation within our flagship venue. Reporting directly to the Assistant F&B Manager, your primary responsibility is supervising daily procedures, overlooking, guiding, and motivating the service team according to Scorpios operational standards. Lead a team, maintain high standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in these specific areas while contributing to the achievement of the company's financial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the weekly shift schedule, ensuring punctuality and checking team members' arrival times (approved my management)
  • Conduct morning follow-ups, reviewing the daily submitted program in authorities.
  • Supervise the cleanliness and setup of the floor, creating a detailed plan for the day.
  • Maintain open verbal communication with the kitchen, addressing updates, missing items, and daily specials.
  • Perform a daily inventory check on essentials like napkins and furniture, providing timely updates.
  • Conduct a daily briefing with the team, highlighting service and kitchen updates, and sharing observations from the previous day.
  • Actively supervise the floor, assisting waitstaff with operational challenges as they arise.
  • Provide feedback on guest satisfaction, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Uphold Scorpios' excellence by promptly addressing immediate cleanliness & maintenance concerns.
  • Manage employee lunch breaks and small breaks efficiently.
  • Foster collaboration among all departments to enhance overall teamwork.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with Scorpios' standards and brand ethos.
  • Supervising the sufficient &rational exit time of the team members.
  • Ensuring the smooth closing, by supervising the procedures and lastly reallocating the set-up if needed for the next day.
  • Ensure that guests have an exceptional experience by training and coaching staff in Scorpios' hospitality standards.
  • Collaborate with the hosting, reservations, and floor team to optimize table assignments and guest flow.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and continuous training to foster team growth and excellence.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and address staff development needs.
  • Motivate and support the team during the operation.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations to create a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Generate reports on the operations, guest feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with other department heads and staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience, aligning with Scorpios' values and standards


Requirements

  • English Knowledge
  • Turkish National
  • University Degree or Technical Institution
  • Working experience in similar role for minimum 5 years (preferably in 5* hotels, or high-end restaurant)
  • Effective communication skills and pleasant personality, willing to support peers, the manager and the team of him/her
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Adaptable and flexible profile
