YKK is an international Japanese company operating in the production of textile accessories, is looking for a teammate with the following qualifications to work as Export Sales Operation Representative (Russian Speaker) at Maslak Office location.
The successful candidates should have the following experience and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in related departments of Universities,
- Preferably minimum 1 year of related job experience in Sales Support and Customer Operation Departments,
- Good command of Russian and English languages,
- Experienced in MS Office applications,
- Interested in Sales & Marketing departments and have a career goal,
- Analytical thinking and multi-tasking skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Entering customer orders into the system and performing operational follow-up,
- Ensuring customer satisfaction,
- Communicating and informing customers about the status and delivery dates of their orders.
- Entering export orders and organizing their shipment.
- Regional reporting,
