QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
- Carrying out white collar compensation management process,
- Conducting salary and labor market researches to define benchmarks,
- Managing daily/monthly/quarterly operations related to Compensation & Reward activities (White Collar),
- Preparing and analyzing reports such as headcount, turnover, demographics etc.
- Supporting HR budgets and reporting operations,
- Supporting the HR Analytics Project,
- Taking an active role in the improvement and implementation of the processes and digitalization projects,
- Working with HR team members to understand the needs for required developments in HR systems and processes,
- Supporting Career Management process,
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering departments,
- 3+ years of experience in a similar area,
- A good level of knowledge and experience in staff costs, budget & reporting processes,
- Must be able to problem solve and work under pressure in a deadline-driven organization.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Knowledge of Korn Ferry Pay system,
- Excellent analytical skills,
- Excellent communication and relationship skills,
- Strong MS Excel skills is a must,
- Basic knowledge of PowerBI is a plus,
