QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a "Receiving Clerk /Temporary" for our local company, for which providing Hospitality Industry.
Responsibilities;
- Collaborate with procurement staff to list expected deliveries
- Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt
- Unload packages from incoming trucks
- Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged
- Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price etc.)
- Contact supplier or shipper if a mistake is identified
- Assume responsibility for returning unsatisfactory shipments or receiving replacements
- Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place
- Ensure invoices are signed and paid for satisfactory deliveries
- Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control
Requirements;
- Preferably graduated from Business Administration, Economics, Economics or Finance departments of universities,
- At least 3 years of experience in five-star tourism facilities,
- Good command of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, etc.) ,
- Preferably good knowledge of MC Material Control program,
- Proven experience as receiving clerk or similar position
- Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in all aspects: verbal, written and non-verbal
- Fluent in Turkish and English
- Professional and appropriate business appearance and presentation
- Quality driven with a passion for excellence.
