Novares is present in 23 countries, runs 45 Manufacturing Plants, 8 Skill Centers, 10 Technical Centers and 24 Customer Service Centers, around the globe to partner with customers.
We are looking for an Product Innovation Leader for our R&D Team in our Gebze Technical Center who has the following qualifications;
QUALIFICATIONS
- · Engineering degree (mechanical engineering, chemical and material engineering in automotive or polymers preferred)
- · Minimum 3 years of similar experience at automotive industry on project based activity,
- · Project based working experience,
- · Plastic raw material knowledge
- · Fluency in both written and spoken in English, French is a plus
- · Be successful at team work, communication, self-motivation, problem solving, analytical thinking, planning and coordination,
- · Have strong PC skill to use MS Office Programs,
- · Preferably residing in (or nearby) Kocaeli or Istanbul Asia side,
- · No military obligations for male candidates.

JOB PROFILE
1- Develop Product InnovationPropose innovative solutions that are necessary for the products under his/her responsibility, in all phases of the product's life
- · Oversee innovation projects that are in line with the goals of the strategic plan, and with defined resources, budgets and lead times
- · Propose patents for registration and protection of intellectual property
- · Act as innovation/expertise interface with the customer
- · Set guidelines in accordance with internal/external customer requirements
- · Define and oversee the budget, taking into account the means to be committed, subsidies, and deliverables
2- Act as product expert in his/her field of activity
- · Guarantee that the requirements of customers (internal/external) are taken into account
- · Provide technical support to project group for development of innovative, off-the-shelf solutions
- · Monitor products to maintain and expand our areas of expertise
- · Perform and ensure updates to all data for each product family
- · Organize, create and capitalize on feedback in his/her field of activity covering all areas of expertise from engineering, customer and sales teams
- · Present, defend and provide technical arguments for sale of innovative solutions proposed within the company and to the customer
