General Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 15 years of experience in the relevant field, with at least 5 years in a managerial position (Preference for experience in Assistance and/or Insurance sectors and/ore healthcare)
- Experience in B2B customer relations.
- Strong network and communication skills with companies such as insurance companies, automotive companies, vehicle fleet management companies, hospitals, and international assistance companies.
- Advanced level of proficiency in English.
- Ability to think strategically and possess leadership qualities.
- Effective sales experience with a reputable track record.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Innovative and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Ability to manage complex and/or problematic processes.
- Experience in providing customer-focused solutions based on customer requirements.
Job Description
- Responsible for determining the annual sales targets for the company's Medical and Technical assistance operations and achieving the set sales targets.
- Successfully manage relationships with existing customers and ensure customer retention.
- Acquire new domestic and/or international customers for the company.
- Responsible for periodical management/board reporting.
- Plan and implement marketing activities in line with the company's strategies.
- Monitor market and global trends closely to engage in business development activities aligned with company strategies.
- Conduct promotional activities showcasing the company's services on social media platforms.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Network department in sales and business development activities.
- Reports directly to the CEO.
