QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an energetic colleague with goals and ideals, , who likes to produce new things, and who meets the following criteria who will work as a Senior Digital Marketing & Business Development Specialist to work in the maslak office of PKF Istanbul C&M - Business Development Department.
Business Development Role:
· Generate new business opportunities in existing businesses
· Follow up and contribute the firm’s current strategy roadmap and take responsibility for determining strategic initiatives and following milestones
· Conduct detailed market analysis and prepare business plans for the evaluation of new services that are suitable with the company portfolio approach and presents to management
· Determine the outcomes, potential customers, market trends and development opportunities and report to management
· Analyse market, main players and competitors on monthly basis
· Create portfolio of potential customers in different regions and support in networking
· Take an active role Zoho CRM Module (Knowledge of any CRM program & Power BI is also sufficient)
· Prepare strategic business plans and management reports, such as delivery potential, financial KPIs etc.
· Develop brand-awareness marketing strategy, tools, procedures to increase productivity
· Improve business development in close cooperation with other departments
· Manage strategic reviews to further improve the profitability and efficiency
Digital Marketing Role:
- Managing social media assets (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube etc.) and improving brand awareness on social media collaborating with agency
- Tracking the traffic of website and mobile site and evaluating site metrics accurately in order to find solutions to improve site’s usability.
- Initiating and constantly creating (SEO) optimized content for websites, newsletters and other channels.
- Coordinating with Business Development Manager and SEO specialists to meet standards and requirements of global website pages.
