Job Description
- Draft, review and negotiate various kinds of contracts and protocols,
- Providing daily legal consultancy to the related business lines,
- Draft corporate documents (Power of Attorney, General Assembly Meeting Records, Board Decisions, Signature Circulars, etc.)
- Counsel on legal and commercial issues to include corporate and commercial matters, labor law and compliance issues,
- Research and analyze the legislation on requested subjects and prepare briefs,
- Anticipate and mitigate potential legal risk,
- Coordinate external law firms,
- Represent the company in judicial and administrative courts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law,
- 5- 7 years’ experience in a reputable law firm or in a multinational company,
- Experienced in Construction and Real Estate Law.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English with a minimum of TOEFL 100 (IBT), IELTS 7,5 or equivalent level of professional efficiency Strong communication skills,
- Preferably second language in French or German,
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and other MS Office programs,
- Familiar with UYAP system,
- Result oriented, self-motivated,
- Accuracy and attention to detail, with ability to manage deadlines and conflicting deadlines,
- No restrictions for national and international travel.
