We are looking for "Lawyer" for our multinational production company which located in Kurtköy-Pendik
PROFILE
- Advanced Level of written and spoken English ( Interviews will be conducted in English )
- Bachelor Degree,
- At least 15 years of work experience as an Lawyer ,
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Law, Turkish Capital Markets legislation, Contract Law, etc.
- Excellent coordination, communication and presentation skills,
- Team-work oriented.
- Residing in Anatolian side of Istanbul.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Drafting, revising and negotiating wide range of agreements including supply, procurement, construction, share purchase agreements and software license agreements,
- Providing legal consultancy on general corporate governance matters, labor law, energy law, Turkish Capital Markets legislation and data protection law,
- Preparing legal documents including general assembly and board of directors resolutions, signature circulars and PoAs,
- Drafting and revising internal policies and procedures,
- Providing legal consultancy regarding dispute resolution,
- Drafting legal documents and forms as per data protection law.
