We are looking for a Lawyer to work at Altek Alarko.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in law and admitted to a Turkish Bar,
- Qualified lawyer with min. 5 years of experience (excluding internship period),
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Law, Turkish Capital Markets legislation, Contract Law, Energy Law,
- Experience in international commercial transactions, construction projects, M&A transactions and energy projects,
- Dynamic, self-motivated and solution oriented,
- Fluency in English,
- No restriction for travelling.
Job Description
- Drafting, revising and negotiating wide range of agreements including supply, procurement, construction, share purchase agreements and software license agreements,
- Providing legal consultancy on general corporate governance matters, labor law, energy law, Turkish Capital Markets legislation and data protection law,
- Preparing legal documents including general assembly and board of directors resolutions, signature circulars and PoAs,
- Drafting and revising internal policies and procedures,
- Providing legal consultancy regarding dispute resolution,
- Drafting legal documents and forms as per data protection law.
