Our multinational client, one of the key players in the manufacturing of critical power and data transmission products, is looking for a "Business Controller" with the following skills and qualifications:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or engineering (professional certifications e.g., CMA, CPA is preferred)
- Past experience in a Big4 company is required
- Working Trial Balance(WTB) and IFRS knowledge and experience is required
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a business controller or in a similar financial role, preferably within a multinational organization
- Commercial controlling (sales & marketing) or business /financial controlling experience in manufacturing companies preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations
- Excellent knowledge of financial principles, accounting regulations, and reporting standards
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (Excel, ERP systems, etc.)
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and an analytical mindset
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to support the company's growth objectives
- Very good in English
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decision-making
- Conduct sales pricing, product profitability and gross margin analyses
- Monitor and analyze financial performance of the sales, providing insights and recommendations to drive profitability and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Prepare and present reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics, to senior management and stakeholders
