Job Description
Your contribution to something big;
- Controlling Business Partner in Bosch Turkey
- Monthly Business Reporting and ensuring the sales controlling including variances analysis
- Business Plan and Forecast coordination including budgets, resources, measures and reports
- Ensuring accurate internal and external reports to the decision-makers
- Make recommendations to drive optimal strategic results by KPI Analysis & Monitoring
- Ad-hoc analysis to ensure accurate decision making within the company
- Development of controlling processes and implementation of the controlling tools
- Special projects, e.g. developing of new business models, implementation of data-driven decision-making approach
Qualifications
What distinguishes you;
- Bachelor's degree in the field of Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
- Master degree is a plus
- Min 3 years experience in the related functions
- Strong written & verbal English language communication skills & fluency
- Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills
- High level of ownership, willingness for making an impact for the responsibilities
- Self-motivated, target oriented and multi-tasking skills with strong time management
- Well-developed communication skills, ability to work in a team
- Advanced MS Office skills
- SAP CO and FI module knowledge is a must
