Business Controller - Customer / Macro Metrics

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We have an opportunity as a Business Controller reporting to Senior Lead, Business Controller in our head office located in Esenyurt, Istanbul. This positon overall purpose is to create business value by providing insight and foresight to senior management and also controlling, business partnership with relavant parties for meeting company goals and objectives. Mainly focus on customer & macro metrics analysis and reporting, key player of company's customer visit activity management system and project launch.

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Economics, Business Administration or Finance preferred,
• 2-5 years experience within business controlling, financial planning & analysis, corporate planning or equivalent. Commercial controlling (sales & marketing) or business controlling experince in manufacturing companies preferred,
  
• Strong analytical and process analysis skills,
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  
• Upper-intermediate written and verbal skills,
  
• Skilled in Excel must, while experience from BI systems preferred (Qliksense, etc),
  
• Team player, strong communication and analytical & process analysis skills,
  
• Business trips required along Odito project launch and process development.
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Daily announcement of domestic & export order dashboard to BoD and top management,
• Weekly export channel order trend analysis and reporting,
• Monthly pocket margin booklet announcement to top management,
  
• Key leader with SLBC, Odito project launch to relevant departments (technical team, export sales team, project sales team, etc.),
  
• Key leader with SLBC, Business controller of Odito System Management with third parties, IT and sales teams (sales team effectiveness-customer visit management),
  
• Monthly reporting of customer visit analytics (Odito) to top management,
  
• Monthly reporting of key comments from customer visits to top management,
  
• Monthly reporting of sales & profitability cockpit report,
  
• Deep diving ang announcement of macro / micro and key business metrics to top management,
  
• Monthly reporting and analysis of project sales metrics,
  
• Follow up and announcement of fair metrics (visitor info) which company participated,
  
• Support SLBC for other projects, reporting requested by Business Controlling Director.
