Position: Market Development Specialist, Customer Relations

Responsibilities in Turkey:
Responsible for developing the Turkish cement, energy, and other industrial equipment and materials market, finding potential customers, and establishing cooperative relationships
Research market trends, develop market expansion plans and strategies
Coordinate internal resources and promote project implementation
Regularly communicate with customers by phone, visit them on-site, understand their needs, and provide solutions
Complete other tasks assigned by company leadership
Requirements:
Outgoing, positive, and good communication skills
Proficient in English and other foreign languages
Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, international trade, or related fields preferred
Experience in market development in industries such as cement production, energy, and power is preferred
Good communication skills and team spirit, willing to travel
Strong market analysis and negotiation skills, proficient in office software and market development tools
Excellent students and recent graduates are welcome to intern and train
