QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Kuwait-based Alshaya Group started to operate in the Turkish market in 2002 with the objective of undertaking retailing activities within the framework of the Group's Turkish operating rights for major international brands. Today, the group represents a portfolio of world's best known international brands in Turkey, managing their retail franchise operations in segments including Fashion, Food, Health & Beauty.


Franchise portfolio includes Bath and Body Works, Pinkberry, Shake Shack, Starbucks, The Body Shop and Victoria's Secret in Turkey.

Role Profile: Developing marketing materials for stores, website and other marketing platforms, and liaising with operational teams and other departments to implement various internal and external communications for the company.


Job Description

  • Organize product launches and events,
  • Update web site and other brand awareness activities,
  • Support material designing,
  • Concept, develop, and build a wide variety of assets across channels including social media and web,
  • Responsible for artwork development, advertising, promotions, catalogues and magazines,
  • Brief agencies on ATL creative development and amendments,
  • Brief CMD on BTL artwork amendments and all print/production requirements,
  • Create annual plan and timing schedule for magazines,
  • Ensure correct global image is reflected in press bulletins,
  • Support to create annual Digital Marketing Plan,
  • Ensure correct global image is reflected in all aspect of the activities,
  • Support to create annual PR Plan.

Qualifications

  • University degree from a reputable university,
  • Minimum 3-5 years marketing experience,
  • Good in MS Office applications,
  • Good command of English,
  • Proficiency in Graphic Design with a strong portfolio work across various platforms such as Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Keynote etc.,
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Excellent team player with enthusiasm, curiosity and willingness to learn.
