We are looking for a Marketing Specialist (who is responsible both in Marketing & Showroom processes) as a new team member! This position is based in the Showroom area located in Kadikoy, Istanbul. The work model requires working on Saturdays.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations and other related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a similar industry
- Enthusiastic and an effective team player with a high sense of responsibility
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to execute projects on time & work collaboratively with a team
- Has good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong time and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a multitasking ability
- Solution-focused attitude
- Advance knowledge of MS Office
THE JOB:
- Administer marketing activities and strategies, promote brand awareness and competitiveness
- Participate in customer relations management in Info Center (Showroom)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing activities
- Providing copy-editing, and formatting assistance on the creation of mailings, coupons, website content, and other promotional materials
- Act as a point of contact in providing product information; through showroom face-to-face interactions or organizing educational product presentations (trainings)
- Take part in the preparation of catalogues and other related printed documents and ensure these are designed, produced and distributed properly
- Plan and monitor marketing budget and execute its monthly reporting
- Prepare and distribute monthly bulletins/newsletters and new products’ press releases created by the global marketing team
- Sharing information, documents, visuals and technical information about new products with relevant departments
- Follow-up sponsorship contracts, sponsorship requests and conducting research on diverse sponsorship opportunities
- Carry out the preparation, distribution and the budget reporting of visual elements (such as signs and displays)
- Providing visuals, documents and information for the new products to be added to product range
- Track publications in various channels on regular basis and prepare monthly reports on the media usage of the company and of the competitor brands
- Maintaining social media accounts for products or services
- Carrying out the production, distribution of promotional displays.
- Manage the organization of diverse events, including location search, confirmation of attendance
- Give support in maintaining social media accounts for products or services
- Ensuring that all product ranges, information and documents on the website are updated
- Manage communication with dealers, services, advertising and media agencies, manufacturers, visit them if necessary
- Receive offers and support the decision process for supplier selection
- Supporting the decision-making process by conducting venue and price research for corporate events & organizations
