We are looking for an “Outlet Manager” who will be responsible for our new hotel investment to be opened in Fethiye/Göcek.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or associate in related fields (Tourism and Hotel Management etc.),
- At least 5 years experience in a similar position,
- Experience working in a luxury segment hotel,
- Preferably with previous experience of working in luxury segment hotels,
- Excellent command of written & spoken English,
- Strong communications, organizational and problem solving skills,
- Proactivity and willingness to deal with fast-paced and uncertain environments,
- Adapting to flexible working hours,
- Living or able to live in Fethiye,
- No travel restrictions,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Planning, organizing, managing and cordinating the daily operation and administration of the outlet,
- Ensure high-quality service to achieve guest satisfaction,
- Developing strategies to achieve sales target,
- Managing staff, provide training, and monitor performance,
- Handle inventory management and cost control,
- Maintain regular communication with hotel management and provide reporting.
