WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
*The position will be located in Göcek.
- Minimum high school diploma,
- Minimum 3-year experience in a 5-star hotel in similar position,
- Fluency in English,
- Other language skills an advantage,
- Building teamwork,
- Good Interpersonal Skills,

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...
- Managing the beach operation smoothly,
- Supervises the activities of the Waiters and Busboys in assigned area,
- Conducts an efficient and courteous service to the guests,
- Creates an atmosphere of tranquility amongst the brigade,
- Checks the standard and quality of food and beverage which leaves the kitchen,
- Checks to the extra needs of a guest,
- Coordinates with the Ast. Outlet Manager or Outlet Manager to plan and conduct skills training constantly,
- Attends the communication meetings of outlet,
- Checks the mise en place prior and after the operation,
- Performs other duties assigned by Managers,
· To coach staff to achieve beach & bar revenue goals.
