QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “ Product Development Associate" to support our Denim Product Development team.
The requirements for the successful candidate are:
· Graduated from Textile Engineering or related field,
· Preferably at least 3 years’ experiencein retail industry,
· Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
· Good level of MS Office applications,
· Passionate about Fashion,
· Highly self-motivated and self-directed,
· Extremely detail-oriented and organized
· Be open-minded to and receptive of other’s opinions,
· Highly collaborative working style in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment,
· Analytic, problem- solving skills.
The key duties of the successful candidate are:
· To support denim product development through the first proto to the sales and pre- production sample stage for America and Canada markets,
· To organise collection sales sample shipment and providing product and catalog information during the sales period of related markets,
· To work in cooperation with design, sourcing and merchandising teams,
· To track key trends, the competitive environment and fashion in global for new product developments.
· To be aware of global trends in the related field and make research.
