We are looking for enthusiastic and talented professionals to join us as “Industrial Relations Senior Specialist” in the HR Department.
What will be your contributions:
- Providing necessary support before and during Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations.
- To do the necessary work to strengthen the relations with the union and the employees.
- Guiding department managers on legal processes and labor legislation.
- To organize the disciplinary committee and to ensure that the decisions taken in the committee are implemented.
- To ensure that disciplinary processes are carried out in accordance with legal regulations and workplace rules.
- To follow the legal documents and legislation processes related to terminations.
- To follow up the absence and health reports on a monthly and annual basis and to take necessary actions to reduce absenteeism.
- Monitoring all HR Metrics related to the areas of responsibility and taking necessary actions (Turnover, Engagement Surveys Action Plans)
What will be decisive:
- Bachelor's degree preferably from Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Econometric;
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial relations ,
- Proficiency of all MS Office Applications esp. Excel and PP,
- Good command of both written and spoken English,
- Good team player with strong problem solving skills,
- Self driven and detail oriented,
- Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
