- At least 3 years of experience in export.
- Proficient in English.
- Able to carry out export transactions in accordance with the legislation.
- Open to development and change.
- Possessing competencies in teamwork, customer focus, and analytical thinking.
- Successful in developing business relations and networks.
- Effective communication and persuasion skills.
- Preferably possessing fluency in a second foreign language.
- Able to manage pressure, stress, and mobility in sales processes.
- For male candidates, not having any pending military obligations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Developing plans and strategies to achieve the export sales target.
- Conducting new customer and new market research, incorporating potential opportunities into our portfolio.
- Managing business relations and the sales process with customers in the portfolio.
- Coordinating the flow between customers, sales, and production teams.
- Improving the processes of receiving proposal requests from customers, preparing proposals, and requesting proposals.
- Evaluating and responding to special product requests.
- Preparing documents for new projects, proposals, and contracts; pricing on a customer-specific basis.
- Maintaining constant communication with foreign customers and making technical visits.
- Participating in domestic and international fairs.
- Participating in dealer meetings and company visits of dealers.
- Developing solutions for customer expectations.
- Managing and reporting sales orders.
- Directing and supervising the team for the smooth progress of the shipment, loading, and customs processes of the products, and the timely and complete collection of the related payments.
