QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

International Sales Operations Specialist

We are an international trade company, experienced in business development and management mainly in the markets of Asia-Pacific region ( Bangladesh , Pakistan , India, Indonesia , Thailand , Vietnam ) . We provide technology and machinery solutions for the manufacturing industry. We are looking for an “International Sales & Sales Operations Specialist” for developing and managing the local partner network and supplier-client relations.

This position is about providing sales support to Bospros’s global customer-facing teams/partners when managing multi-countries partners/sales channels and customers.

Responsible for executing the day-to-day requests received through the various contact methods set up for Sales Support. And also responsible for direct sales operations to related countries.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in the related fields (engineering, business administration, marketing),

Having experience in a similar or related position (international sales, marketing, export/foreign markets) at least 3 years,

Excellent knowledge of English in speaking, writing and reading,

Advanced level of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) skills,

Powerful sales skill,

Good understanding of the business and analytical approach to support the sales mission,

Superior communication skills, client centricity and teamwork,

Strong analytical/critical thinking, problem-solving, fast learning skills, curious for searching and learning the new,

Sense of high responsibility, follow-up, and self-discipline, self-motivated and open to personal development,

Researcher and open to improvement,

High business responsibility and job follow-up, careful, willing to learn, disciplined, prescifical,

Able to travel (international),

A resident of the Anatolian side of Istanbul or no restriction to get to Kartal office.

Job Description

Analyzing new potential markets and suggesting a market entry strategy,

Identifying and deciding sales strategies according to the country dynamics & customer characteristics,

Focused on marketing research and finding new customers, new markets and new opportunities,

Creating and developing a new customer portfolio with market research and customer visits,

Planning country visits and managing marketing activities as per to the market requirements,

Sustaining business relations with current customers, getting their new orders and following all process till the delivery is fully completed,

Prepare, coordinate and control price offers,

Understanding customer needs and requirements and quickly respond their needs,

Following the export process from the beginning to the end with the export operation specialist,

Preparing sales reports related to products or customers,

To follow the sales organization and marketing marketing regularly,

Attending to the international fair, exhibitions presentation, meeting, seminar, etc. related with the market, preparation of events and follow-up of these organizations.
