We are looking for a Assistant Brand Manager to join our team at Pınar Süt , a company within Yaşar Group, which is a pioneer of firsts in Türkiye.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration etc,
- At least 1-3 years of marketing and product management experience, preferably in the FMCG field
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good verbal and written skills in English
- Identify opportunities for improvement in your work and develop effective solutions,
- Proactive in achieving your goals,
- Willing to learn and improve,

- Supporting the preparation and implementation of annual marketing plans compatible with the marketing strategies in the product group you are responsible for,
- Act as project leader when necessary during the marketing plan implementation phase.
- Preparing and presenting performance reports regarding the category and product
- Monitoring market trends for the product groups you are responsible for, tracking and analyzing competitor and field practices, and making periodic reports.
- Prepare new product plans and support the improvement processes of existing products by following customer needs and marketplace trends,
- Conducting studies with other parties (advertising, digital and design agencies),
- Monitor product profitability and marketplace price developments and take necessary actions
- Carrying out daily operational processes related to the product/products for which you are responsible
