QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree,
- Min. 3 years of experience in payroll operations or experience in audit companies as consultant,
- SAP Payroll module knowledge is an advantage,
- Advanced level of Excel knowledge,
- Fluent in English.
Basic Functions,
- Establish and implement efficiency-based payroll and personnel processes in countries to serve integrated HR systems by communicating with country payroll service providers,
- Establishment of information systems to follow up payroll and personnel information with HR Center of Excellence, update and develop in line with country needs,
- Establish and follow-up personnel attendance control systems, follow-up of work plans and annual leave,monitor the entrances and exits of employees,
- Execute Labor Law issues and disciplinary actions,
- Execution of the Expat work permit and residence permit purchase procedures, follow-up. The filing, updating and archiving of employees' personal information,
- Follow the creation, updating and implementation of the procedures and instructions for the payroll and personal affairs in countries,
- Monthly and periodic transactions regarding the calculation of countries’ payroll and bonus are carried out within the framework of corporate processes and legal regulations,
- Present monthly reports to business unites and business partners from related departments.
